I have to apologize for the lack of new art uploads lately. But I do have a reason for it. Not sure if you can call it valid or not, but I have been thinking about it for a while. Deviant Art isn't what it used to be for me anymore. It used to be a good platform for artists to post their works, share them with the world, with everyone, especially with other artists. It used to be a place where you can upload your art portfolio. But sadly how things have recently been here, I don't feel very welcome anymore. I have uploaded my recent works on Pixiv and that is where I'll be mostly uploading my all art. From fanarts, furry art, landscapes, original works and so on. It will become now my main location for uploads. At least for now. But I'm not completely abandoning Deviant Art just yet. I have considered to reuse and repurpose it for something else. I'll be now uploading my road to becoming a better artist here. Meaning, I'll be uploading my sketches, my practices, my art sudies

As the title says, I do not support AI art. I can barely call it art to begin with. Aside from the problematic nature of it with stealing copyrighted materials and other intelectual property violations, I just don't see this low effort creations as much of an art form. Just a soulless imitation of works where actual artists spent time to create with their own hands, where actual skill and knowledge is used. I can rant about AI art much more and might create a more detailed article why I can't support it some other time. I'm too tired and having a headache currently. I've been blocking the so called AI artists on this platform constantly, but they keep popping up like mushrooms after rain. It is annoying that DA is still recommending these. Not to mention the so called AI artists are being deliberately misleading with not mentioning that their works were made through a generator. But I can still tell when I look into their profiles. I have to appologize for no new art in a while. It has been a while since I have posted any new artworks. It is due to a variety of reasons. Partially it is due to the fact that I am doing lots of art studies, and trying to improve my art in a variety of ways. I am drawing various sketches and learning how human anatomy is like and trying to become better at it. I still hava a long way to go for me to get to the level I want to be at. The other reason is being a bit more personal. I haven't been feeling well mentally lately. Basically I'm struggling with depression and I have a difficulty getting myself to do pretty much anything. I am trying to overcome it in a variety of ways, but it is hard and it is crippling. And an another reason for the lack of art is due to me loosing trust in this platform. DA supporting AI art is also one of the reasons I am not very fond of posting here. DA using my artworks for their AI platform without my permission kind of pissed me off. While by no means
